Paris, today.
38 y.o Inès is threatened with eviction from the apartment she shares with her teenage son. She desperately needs the new job Anti-Squat is willing to offer her after a two-month trial. This start-up offers an economical alternative to private security companies for corporate owners: offering precarious workers a low rent in exchange for occupying and taking care of empty office buildings.
As she starts as manager of a building, Inès discovers the residents are deprived of their basic rights. She is taken into a system that tears her apart between her own moral values, and the necessity to provide financial stability to her son.
